Warm Welcome to Ms Linda Mudyiwenyama
The QUAMED Team is very happy to welcome Ms Linda Mudyiwenyama, who’s joining our Operations Team as a regulatory expert. She’s a trained pharmacist with an MSc in Pharmacy Administration and Policy Regulation from the University of Western Cape, South Africa. For 10 years, she has dedicated herself to the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe on different projects both locally and internationally, is currently the Rapporteur of the African Blood Regulator’s Forum, and is also a member of the WHO Advisory Group on Blood Regulation Availability and Safety.
Ms. Mudyiwenyama will be based in Kigali, Rwanda. She will be embedded in the Rwanda FDA as part of Team Belgium. She will support the Rwanda FDA in their objective to achieve Maturity Level 3. We are optimistic that we will learn so much from her and look forward to having her onboard.
