QUAMED is looking for a short-term consultant to support the completion of an internal human resources audit.
The consultant will be primarily responsible for evaluating HR strategy, managing employment contracts and personnel administration, overseeing payroll processes, and developing compensation frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in human resources management within complex international organisations, as well as excellent knowledge of Belgian and French social legislation. Previous experience as an auditor or evaluator would be an asset. organisations
