We’re thrilled to share that Washington DENGU will be joining QUAMED as Technical Deputy Director on a 0.5FTE basis starting November 1st!
Washington brings over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory affairs, and continues to lead and shape Africa’s regulatory landscape actively. He brings in a wealth of experience, which includes coordination and leading of continental GMP inspections, regulatory harmonisation, pharmaceutical local production and building capacity for hundreds of regulators across Africa, all driven by a passion for ensuring access to safe, effective, and quality medicines.
At QUAMED, Washington will work closely with our team to strengthen quality assurance systems and advance our mission of improving global access to quality medicines.
