Dear Because Health Friends,
We are delighted to invite you to the dissemination event of the PharmaChron project, titled “Access to Essential Medicines at the Primary Health Care Level in Conflict-Affected Regions of Northern Syria.” It is scheduled on 19/02, at 9.30-12.30 Belgian time.
During the event, our colleague Saleh Aljadeeah, a postdoc researcher at the ITM Pharmaceutical Public Health Unit, will share key findings from the PharmaChron project, which examined the role of community pharmacists in supporting patients with non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in conflict-affected areas of Northern Syria. The research also evaluated the availability and affordability of essential medicines for NCDs in this context.
Additionally, the event will highlight other research initiatives by the Unit of Pharmaceutical Public Health, with a focus on improving access to essential medicines.
We look forward to your participation. Here is the link for registration: https://www.itg.be/en/events/pharmachron-dissemination-event.
Best regards,
Belen Tarrafeta & Saleh Aljadeeah
