RAFFAELLA’S LITERATURE UPDATE
Be-cause Health & QUAMED literature updates
Dear Friend,
With apologies for any double posting, I would like to draw your attention to two interesting online events next week – even if we are overflooded with webinars, it may be worth saving some time:
- The two webinar sessions of the Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network, on 22 and 23 February, on “Enhancing the delivery of good quality pharmaceutical services and products in the context of global challenge of the COVID-19”. More information, including for registering, can be found here: https://www.epnetwork.org/epn-webinar-enhancing-the-delivery-of-good-quality-pharmaceutical-services-and-products-in-the-context-of-global-challenge-of-the-covid-19/
- The Health Systems Global (HSG) event, on 24 February, “Quo vadis? Medicines in Universal Health Coverage”. As medicines-related challenges are often narrowly addressed as commodity supply issues without proper consideration of the health system and political aspects, this session discusses core challenges of medicines in UHC from a health system and policy perceptive using examples from four countries at different stages in scaling up health and medicine coverage. More information is available here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14rpWFYDgVkbG45hJRiW68gxtt7_DZrEH/view; and the event will be streamed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-zCjHbUZPk
Have a nice …. listening!,
