QUAMED becomes part of WHO’s Coalition of Interested Parties (CIP)
QUAMED is part of the World Health Organization’s Coalition of Interested Parties
As formulated by the WHO: “The purpose of CIP is to establish and promote a unified, strategic and coordinated approach to national and regional RSS, with a view to enhancing access to safe, effective and quality medical products”. This aligns perfectly with our vision and mission.
We participated in the first formal meeting of the CIP Global Steering Group (GSG) on Friday the 4th of November. The meeting was convened with the objective of providing information on the current CIP membership status and an overview of the progress made with CIP implementation, and electing the Chair and Vice-Chair of the GSG.
